Charanpreet Singh Sidhu has dedicated his career to higher education and academic leadership. Having lived in Peel for over 12 years, he understands how critical public education is to the future of our youth and community. His background as a Professional Engineer equips him with analytical problem-solving skills to address vital school issues — such as strengthening anti-bullying initiatives, improving school safety protocols, and creating supportive classroom environments.
Simultaneously, his career as a Professor gives him direct insight into student learning pathways, curriculum development, and academic success. Charanpreet recognizes that true educational equity requires robust classroom support, which is why he is a staunch advocate for hiring more Educational Assistants (EAs), Child and Youth Workers, and mental health professionals.
